Found: Harem Skirt/Pants

I've been on the hunt for harem pants, but not the ones with the ballon butt and skinny bottoms (though those can be cute, too). In London earlier this month I spotted a girl in an ankle length "skirt" with the bubble effect about the ankles which may or may not have been separated into pants. Asked her about it and was told she'd picked it up in Rome, and the label of the garment eludes me. Web searching yielded these Vivienne Westwood harem pants (pictured) which are quite lovely (and close to what I'm looking for). But it wasn't til weeks later that I serendipitously discovered the perfect un-pair–it's actually an ankle length Indian cotton bubble skirt but has the exact effect I'm going for–while gift shopping at Muji in Soho.
